We are proud to announce that our company, Ariston Tyko, is quickly becoming a building authority for commercial, industrial, and cannabis facility tenant improvements and ground-up projects beyond the Denver Metro area of Colorado. Ariston Tyko started in 2015 as a family run company focused on Colorado projects.
Since then, we have expanded in size and services to include projects throughout the US. We strive to keep that small company feel by focusing on relationships with our customers, subcontractors, and vendors.
Our company’s leadership has decades of experience in commercial, industrial, and residential construction. That means we will put the right management team who are best suited for each unique project in the best place to excel. We take pride in working with our clients to accelerate schedules and stay within budget.
The legalization of cannabis in Colorado for medical use in 2000 and then for recreational use in 2012 has made this a growth industry. One of our recent outstanding projects as a general contractor is a tenant improvement for the LivWell Denver Tech Center. We were honored to be a part of the project, as a whole, and to be included in the grand opening for this state of the art dispensary.
The official grand opening was held on August 4th. The event was featured in an article in the Mile High CRE publication.
